Session Title:  The Seven Sins of Marketing and Sales

How can marketing improve demand generation?  What is true sales effectiveness?  Often these two activities happen as largely separate activities – both focused on the customer, but frequently not in an integrated fashion.  To turn it around requires organizations to readjust both attitude and commitment to continual listening, learning and development in service of actually solving customer problems.
